Up early and check the weather forecast on Weatherline, appears to be the best day of the week. So I head off to Glenridding and climb Helvellyn via Swirral Edge. By coincidence I meet the two Weatherline assessors on the summit taking today's reading, they kindly take a rare picture of me on the summit. Great day, cold with clear skies and great views - most of the time.
