Welcome to my website. I created this site to record my personal attempt to climb all of the 214 Lakeland fells featured in Alfred Wainwright’s pictorial guides. Each fell will be added to the site as they are completed, giving details of the route taken. In addition to the fells of The Lake District, I’ve included walks not covered by the guides as well as a little about our family.

Route Map

Day three of my three days in The Lakes. Parking at Haweswater we follow the Gatescath Pass road to the pass then turn left to Branstree. Following the fence beyond Branstree to Artlecrag Pike and onto Selside Pike, from the summit we head down followed by three Red Deer stags to the Old Corpse Road and back to the car park at Haweswater.
